Where you are now Missä olet tällä hetkellä

What is the core struggle that brought you here — and what have you already tried?

How long have you been carrying this? What does it cost you — in energy, relationships, work, or health?

How would you describe your relationship with your body right now? Miten kuvailisit suhdettasi omaan kehoon juuri nyt?

What you are looking for Mitä etsit

What would need to be true a few months from now for you to feel this was worth every cent? Mitä muutaman kuukauden kuluttua pitäisi olla toisin, jotta tuntisit tämän olleen jokaisen euron arvoinen?

Have you worked with a coach, therapist, or nutritionist before?

What worked, what didn't. Mikä auttoi, mikä ei.

What makes you feel that this particular approach — nutrition, nervous system, embodiment — is what you need right now?

Readiness and fit Valmius ja yhteensopivuus

This is a 3–6 month commitment, and the investment starts from €1,000/month — the exact level depends on the support you need, and we'll go through it together on our call. Could you invest at this level right now, without it creating financial stress?

Honest answer only — there is no wrong answer, it simply helps us both. Vastaa rehellisesti — väärää vastausta ei ole. Tämä auttaa meitä molempia.

Yes, I am ready Kyllä, olen valmis It's a stretch, but I am committed Se vaatii venymistä, mutta olen sitoutunut Not quite yet — but I wanted to connect En aivan vielä — mutta halusin silti ottaa yhteyttä

Is there anything that might get in the way of you showing up fully for this work? Onko elämässäsi jotain, mikä saattaisi estää sinua heittäytymästä tähän työskentelyyn täysillä?

Practical details Käytännön asiat

What is your availability for sessions, and what timezone are you in? Milloin sinulle sopii tavata, ja millä aikavyöhykkeellä olet?

Anything else you want me to know before we talk?

I read every application personally and respond within a few days. If there is a fit, I will be in touch to arrange a short call before we begin. Thank you for taking the time to answer honestly. Luen jokaisen hakemuksen itse ja vastaan muutaman päivän kuluessa. Jos tunnen meidän sopivan yhteen, otan sinuun yhteyttä lyhyen puhelun sopimiseksi ennen aloittamista. Kiitos, että käytit aikaa vastataksesi rehellisesti.

Your answers are sent securely and read only by me. They are stored in a private account, handled through Formspree and Google, and never shared further.
